Harry and Missy Spore have been licensed Realtors for over 17 years.
Before Harry and Missy became Realtors, Missy was a loan officer and Harry was a superintendent for new home construction.
For over seven years Harry and Missy worked in new home construction for one of the largest builders in the mid-south at the time. Missy was Contract Administrator for the last 2 years the company was in business; coordinated over 70 closings in one month.
When the market went through its correction they were hired by investors who were taking advantage of the lower priced homes and foreclosures to manage the properties.
SPM Property Management - a division of Weichert Realtors ® SPMnow manages over 280 properties with staff in place to manage 500. They also manage Homeowner Associations over the Memphis area.
